Save time with automatic reporting

Last Thursday we launched a new version of our Chat Reports service. The new features concern:

  • Automatic PDF reporting to email
  • Opportunity to analyse content from Facebook, Twitter and other social networks
  • New Buzzwords report

    • Buzzwords chart and automatic PDF report

    Ready-made reports and automatic PDF reporting will remarkably facilitate reporting from Chat Reports. It will allow reporting that takes less time to prepare and it will make the benefits gained from the service even clearer. “We’ve developed the concept of automatic PDF reporting together with our clients and partners and we believe it will create significant time savings from the monitoring work”, Whitevector’s COO Mika Suila says.

    Additionally, Chat Reports now provides data from social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Due to Facebook’s privacy policies, we can only monitor discussions from its open pages. Our customers can also produce “Buzzwords” charts that reveal the most common and relevant keywords related to a topic.
